Contact Channels and Use Cases

This page lists only contact information provided in the official facts. Unpublished addresses are not replaced with guesses or third-party accounts.

Support Ticket Center

Use it for account status, subscription access, client connections, route selection, order checks, and refund questions. After submitting, you can add details about the symptoms, device platform, and supporting documents on the same page, then check the ticket status.

Handling time depends on how complete the information is and whether route troubleshooting is required; no fixed response time is promised. Check the ticket history in the user panel for updates.

Email Support

No public email address is currently provided in the official facts, so this page does not display or fill in an email address. For subscription, payment, or account issues, use the support ticket center instead.

Because no public email channel is currently available, this page does not provide an expected response time for email. Any changes to public contact information will be reflected on the official site.

Telegram Support

No public Telegram contact is currently provided in the official facts, so this page does not list unverified usernames, groups, or channels. Do not submit account details based on similar names found elsewhere.

Because no public channel is currently available, this page does not provide an expected response time. For issues requiring ongoing follow-up, use the support ticket center to keep a complete record.

ISSUE ROUTING

Submit by Issue Type

Choosing the right issue type and including the necessary details can reduce back-and-forth. Subscription links and account information should only be shared in a ticket after signing in, never publicly.

What information is needed for account and subscription issues?

Describe the page where the issue occurred, the steps you took, and any message shown on screen. VPNDG requires no email address; a username and password are enough to create an account. Sign in with the relevant account when submitting a ticket so the subscription status can be checked. Do not paste subscription links or passwords on public pages.

How should connection or route issues be described?

Include the platform you use, the status shown by the client, the selected region and route type, and whether the issue occurs while importing the subscription, establishing a connection, or accessing international websites. Supported platforms: Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux.

How should plan traffic or upgrade issues be submitted?

State your current monthly subscription tier and what you would like checked. Monthly plans are ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB; traffic resets monthly on the activation date, and mid-cycle upgrades are prorated based on the remaining days.

What information is needed for traffic package issues?

Specify the traffic package and order status. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. Submit order screenshots through a ticket after signing in.

Where should payment and refund questions be submitted?

Submit order checks involving Alipay / WeChat / USDT, as well as questions about the 30-day no-questions-asked refund policy, through the support ticket center. Include the order status, payment method, and specific request; the ticket record is the reference for the outcome.

BEFORE SUBMITTING

Before You Submit

VPNDG covers 110+ countries / 230+ routes and supports unlimited simultaneous devices. Issues that occur on different devices or routes may have different causes, so describe the actual symptoms.

Record the Exact Stage

Distinguish between a client that cannot import the subscription, a route that cannot connect, and a successful connection that cannot reach the target service. The more specific the description, the easier it is to determine whether the account, client, or international route needs checking.

Add Details Only to the Ticket

Subscription links, order records, and account screenshots are account information. Submit them through a ticket after signing in; do not post them in public comments, public groups, or pages that can be forwarded.

Keep One Record for Each Issue

Continue adding information to the original ticket for the same issue to keep the context together. If further troubleshooting is needed, add new symptoms and on-screen messages, then check replies in the user panel.
