Service Content and Scope

VPNDG provides subscription services for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux to improve network paths when accessing services and applications across borders and visiting international websites. The service covers 110+ countries / 230+ routes. Available regions, route types, and client entry points are based on the information shown in the user panel at the time.

Connection performance is affected by the user's location, access provider, target service status, device configuration, and congestion on international links. VPNDG may adjust nodes, entry points, or connection methods for route maintenance, resource allocation, and security needs. Such adjustments are intended to maintain service operation and route quality and do not promise that any fixed node will remain available indefinitely.

Account and Subscription Rules

Registration does not require an email address; a username and password are sufficient. Users must safeguard their account credentials, subscription links, and other account information in the user panel, and are responsible for activity conducted under their account. Subscription links are account information and must not be publicly posted, transferred to unspecified recipients, or used to build a distribution service for others.

A single account supports use on an unlimited number of devices, but this means that the registered user may connect from their own device environment. It does not allow the account, subscription link, or remaining traffic to be resold, rented, publicly shared, or divided for provision to others. The account holder is responsible for traffic consumption, connection issues, and account risks caused by public sharing, resale, or abnormal distribution.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month from the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is calculated against the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Users should confirm the plan type, traffic allowance, and applicable usage method before submitting an order.

Lawful Use Requirements

When using VPNDG, users must comply with the laws and regulations of their location and of the regions where the relevant services apply, as well as the usage rules of target websites or applications. Users must not use the service for unlawful activity, unauthorized system access, malicious scanning, attacks, fraud, infringement of others' rights, distribution of unlawful content, or disruption of normal network operations.

Users must not use international routes to evade platform rules, impersonate others, abuse network resources in bulk, or undermine service stability. When VPNDG receives a valid complaint, a risk alert, or detects clearly abnormal use, it may conduct necessary checks and take measures such as limiting routes, suspending access, or terminating the account.

Service Availability and Liability

VPNDG maintains subscription services using available network resources, but cross-border links are not entirely under the service's control. Basic network failures, provider changes, target service maintenance, device system updates, third-party platform policy changes, and force majeure may cause interruptions, speed fluctuations, or temporary unavailability of some routes.

Users should select routes according to their actual needs and independently save important work. To the extent permitted by law, the service is not responsible for indirect losses caused by user device failures, incorrect configuration, leaked account information, changes to third-party services, or events beyond VPNDG's reasonable control, beyond the subscription service already provided.

Refund Policy

A full refund without stating a reason may be requested within 30 days after the first payment. Refund requests must be submitted through the ticket entry in the user panel so that the relevant order can be verified and processed. Once the refund is completed, the subscription benefits provided by that order will end.

Refunds are verified against the actual order. Before submitting a request, users should confirm that they have selected the order requiring a refund and retain the information in the user panel that identifies it. Except for the refund commitment expressly stated here, subscription benefits and traffic from different orders may not be merged or transferred independently.

Account Termination and Changes

If an account is used to resell subscriptions, publicly share account information, conduct unlawful activity, maliciously consume network resources, interfere with route operations, or otherwise seriously breach these terms, VPNDG may limit related connections, suspend the account, or terminate the service as appropriate. To protect accounts and network resources, VPNDG may require users to verify order or account ownership through the user panel when necessary.

VPNDG may update these terms due to changes in service features, route arrangements, legal requirements, or operating rules. Updated terms will be published on this page with the latest update time. Continued use of the service after an update means that the user has read and accepted the updated content. Users who do not agree with the updated terms should stop using the relevant subscription service.
